At Mishra Study Circle, we strive to provide the best learning experience to our students. However, we understand that there might be situations where refunds or cancellations may be required. Please carefully read our Refund and Cancellation Policy to ensure transparency and clarity.

1. Refund Policy

• Courses and Tuition Fees: Once the admission is confirmed, the fees paid are non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes both partial and full payment for courses.
• Material Fees: Fees for books, study materials, and other supplies are non-refundable, as these are considered consumable goods.
• Exceptional Cases: In rare situations, refunds may be considered only at the sole discretion of the management. Such requests must be made in writing, stating valid reasons for the refund. The management reserves the right to approve or deny any such requests.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Course Cancellations by Students: If a student decides to discontinue the course, they must notify us at least 15 days prior to the next session. However, fees paid for ongoing or completed sessions will not be refunded.
• Course Cancellations by the Institute: In the unlikely event that a course is canceled by Mishra Study Circle due to unforeseen circumstances, the fee paid will be refunded or adjusted toward an alternative course, as per the student’s preference.

3. Payment Disputes

• All payment-related concerns, including disputes, must be reported to info@mishrastudycircle.com or by calling us at 084481 43934 within 7 days of the transaction.

4. Important Notes

• All refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10-15 working days from the date of approval.
• Refunds will be processed only to the original payment method used during the transaction.
• Admission fee is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
